Cooking
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil, add the finely chopped onions and saute until soft.
Add the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste and cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Beef should be red brown.
Add grated tomatoes (have they sold in the form of canned crushed tomatoes), red chili pepper and vodka.
Stir and cook over high heat until complete evaporation of moisture.
Add the cream and stir.
Last put pre-cooked pasta and stir.
When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
