Chocolate dessert
Very chocolate, delicate dessert soufflé.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    130 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

The cream is put on the fire, add the sugar. Heated until it dissolves.

Chocolate (I have candy) chopped..

... and now, fill it with hot cream... stir thoroughly until complete dissolution of chocolate.

In a separate bowl break 2 egg yolks...

...now, that eggs are not curled up... a couple tablespoons of chocolate pour the yolks...

... stir thoroughly and return to the total chocolate mass.

Pour the chocolate in molds.

In Deco pour hot water a little less than half of the form. And in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees. When serving you can sprinkle with coconut flakes or decorate with whipped cream!
