Cooking
60 g of sugar + 1 piece egg + a pinch of vanilla = beat.
Flour, sifted + 5 g baking powder + 25 g of cocoa. Stir.
Cut the margarine (finely) and add to the egg whipped with sugar and vanilla. Whisk.
Flour with cocoa and baking powder add to the egg, margarine and sugar, whipped. Knead the dough.
The dough should look like.
Filling: 2 eggs + 60 g of sugar = beat. Add 100g of sour cream. Whisk and add 250 g of cottage cheese. Whisk.
The bottom of the molds for baking grease with butter and roll out the chocolate dough, spread on the bottom of the molds. Pour on top of filling. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
