Soup with meatballs and mushrooms
Delicious homemade dish is prepared simply and large time costs will be required.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2.5 l

Cooking

Of the total amount of ground meat formed into meatballs

Chop onions diced

Tomato pour over hot water, remove the skins, cut into cubes

Carrots to chop thin straws

Add to pan with vegetable oil (5 tablespoons). Sauté the vegetables until light Golden brown

In a saucepan, add cold water (2.5 liter), when boiling put the meatballs, cook for 2-3 minutes. If necessary, remove the foam

Potatoes cut into cubes

In a pan, add the potatoes, cook for 3-5 min.

Cabbage (250 gr.) to chop thin straws

Add to the pot the cabbage into strips, cook until extra few minutes (5-7 min.)

Mushrooms shred plastics

Add to the pan chopped mushrooms, boil (3-5 min.)

Add to the pot the Bay leaf, spicy dried herbs (dill, parsley, Basil), add salt to taste and black pepper

The onion is ready

Add the browned vegetables to the pan

Give writing a rolling boil further 2-3 minutes, take the pan off from heat. Soup with meatballs and mushrooms are ready
