Cooking
For this dish you need long grain rice, I used rice "amber".
In a skillet or in a pot to heat the oil. Leek finely chopped and fry until soft, browned it does not need. I have at this time there was no leeks, I used regular beef flavor, it is also tasty.

Stir and fry for a minute, stirring so each piece of rice has absorbed the oil.

Grind to a paste. To make it easier to shred, you can add in blender with 2-3 tbsp water.
If you use frozen peas, you need to rinse it with boiling water.
