Green rice
Very tasty and spectacular pic! During the week, or on holidays, it may become a decoration of the table - bright and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    2 handful

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Leeks

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

For this dish you need long grain rice, I used rice "amber".

In a skillet or in a pot to heat the oil. Leek finely chopped and fry until soft, browned it does not need. I have at this time there was no leeks, I used regular beef flavor, it is also tasty.
