Orange cupcakes with coconut
Miraculously I have lying around in the fridge 2 orange. I thought, thought and decided to bake cupcakes. Looked at what was available again and started cooking. The result was a wonderful tasty pastries. I recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    40 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

Cooking

Whisk eggs with sugar until white. For this I used the food processor.

Mix in a bowl the mixture with sour milk (kefir). Add flour, baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix well.

Orange zest grate. Orange clean and free from film, cut and share with hands into small pieces.

Add the pieces along with the zest to the batter and mix well. I love different cookie cutters and I tried some of the orange slices to put on the bottom of some molds (you can not do this, as the cupcakes are ready, these pieces are not visible).

Pour the batter in molds and put in preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
