Muffin-pies with cheese
Why biscuits and not cakes? Dough recipe for a very gentle air of the rolls which I use for making pies, they felt very good cheese and they are beauties, what a pleasure to watch and even better to eat, try, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

Dissolve the yeast in half the warm milk and set aside

To the flour add yeast and egg mixture, salt and knead a very soft dough. Spread on floured table and knead until smooth. Put in a bowl greased with vegetable oil and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours.
