A simple dough recipe with kefir. From this dough I'm making pies with different fillings, meat pies and cabbage, cream doughnuts, verhuny, cakes, pizza... Delicious cakes for half an hour - it's real! Recently I checked the dough after freezing is the same delicious and airy.

Cooking
In a bowl mix yogurt, egg, salt, sugar and soda. Add sunflower oil. All mixed together. Leave for 5 minutes. In another bowl, sprinkle part of the flour and grind it with butter. Pour kefir mixture into flour and mix.
Add more flour, knead the dough until no longer stick to hands. But the dough should stay soft! Don't have to knead!
All. Leave under a towel for 20-30 minutes. But it is not required. I cook the patties at once, then give them to lie on the table for 10 minutes and fry.
