Cooking
Mix the flour, baking powder, ground almonds, sugar, vanilla and zest. Add the egg, soft margarine and knead the dough. First mix with a mixer, then with your hands until a homogeneous dough (do not over tighten the process, the dough must be done quickly). Wrap the dough in cling film and put for half an hour in the cold.
Chilled divide the dough into pieces (easier to work with), roll out (better on paper and under paper, well Pribylina flour), cut out flowers. Half of the pieces in the center make cross-like cuts. The whole halves are placed on a sheet, in the center put jam, put the halves with the cut and lightly pressed, so that jam made in the incision. The dough literally "melts" in your hands, so do everything fast.
Preheat the oven to 180*C, sent to it the biscuits and bake for 20 minutes until light brown.
