Involtini eggplant
Involtini is the Italian name of all rolls. I suggest to try eggplant rolls. Hearty, easy, useful! Not a dish, and a dream gourmets and beauties weight watchers. Minimum time maximum pleasure!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The Jasmine rice from Mistral boil for 15 minutes. Cool.

Cut eggplant into longitudinal slices with a thickness of not more than 1 cm

Put on plate and put in the microwave for 3 minutes on full power. Allow to cool.

Greens finely chop, garlic chop

In a bowl, combine rice, green garlic, cheese, egg, add salt to taste, ground black pepper and chilli. Mix well.

Each plastic eggplant spread filling ( about 1 tbsp ) and tightly roll rolls.

For sauce tomatoes, garlic, greens grind in a blender. Add salt, sugar, pepper and butter. If you love olive oil, it is possible to replace the plant. Very tasty sauce is obtained with truffle oil.

Put the rolls in a baking dish, cover with sauce, bake at 200 *C for 15 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and bake until Browning.
