Chocolate-potato animals

Description

Is it possible from the potatoes to cook dessert? It turns out that you can! Myself until yesterday did not believe! I love fancy recipes, I decided to experiment. Turned out the most delicious gingerbread! For the contest "world of animals".

Ingredients

Butter

1 cup
Mashed potatoes

1 cup
Dark chocolate

100 g
Flour

2 cup
Sugar

0.5 cup
Chicken egg

4 piece
Yogurt

1 cup
Cinnamon

1 tsp
Nutmeg

1 tsp
Soda slaked vinegar

1 tsp
Walnuts

0.75 cup

Cooking

Beat butter and sugar.

Whip the eggs separately, gradually add to butter mixture.

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

To the mixture add the mashed potatoes (no lumps!), chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon, stir well. Sift flour, add soda. Alternating with the sour milk, add to the mix. Walnuts chopped, pour in the batter last.

I baked in silicone molds, I bought the boy casserole to do, but have not tried it yet. I took half the norm of products, enough for just 4 of such form.

Form grease with oil, pour the dough. Bake at 180 gr. 35-40 minutes to check the readiness of wooden stick. Cool. If baked in the usual form - cut into small squares, garnish with whipped cream.
