Pie from potato dough
I saw Elenochka 110 rolls of potato dough, and I have 15 years doing a similar cake, I decided to share my recipe with you, and household to feed. The dough was extremely lush.

Ingredients

Peel potatoes, boil. The water is drained, but not poured, it is necessary for the test. Carefully crush potatoes. I knead the dough in the breadmaker, but it does not matter, you can also mix all the ingredients: water after boiling potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, yeast, butter, sugar, salt.

And let rest the dough for 2 hours in a warm place.

Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing. Overcook minced in a pan minced meat (I had pork), frozen mushrooms (you can use any, including fresh), add the chopped onion, salt, seasoning, a little promoseven until the liquid is evaporated. Leave to cool.

Approaching divide the dough into 2 parts. It turns out watery, not scary. Take the form, grease with vegetable oil, half of the dough evenly with your hands distributed on the form. Cover the stuffing.

On top of the ground beef distributed in the second half of the test. Give still rise 20 minutes.
