Creme brulee
delicious and not difficult!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    900 ml

  • Cinnamon

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

Cooking

Boil 700 g of milk with the cinnamon , zest and vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat

Whisk half of the remaining milk with the egg yolks and the other half of the milk with the flour

When the milk boils, pour it into a clean saucepan, and, stirring constantly, add the flour and the egg yolks. add 100 g of sugar and cook until thickened. About 10 min.

Pour into molds and place in Sologne

Prepare the caramel: melt the Remaining sugar on low heat

Carefully pour the caramel thinly over the cups on top of the cream and leave for another 5 min.
