Sesame biscuits with a chocolate button
Cookies for lovers of baking with seeds. I really like the taste of sesame seeds and whole cakes with different seeds.

Ingredients

  • Sesame

    230 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    20 piece

Sesame poured in a bowl. Sifted the flour, added sugar, salt, baking powder, juice, vanilla and beaten egg.

The dough is mixed and added a yogurt. Again well mixed and left for 20 minutes in a bowl on the table.

Spread a baking sheet with parchment. Put the sesame seeds into a container. Again mix the dough and, tearing off a little piece, rolled in sesame seeds, giving a flat and round shape cookies. In the center of each blank put a chocolate button, couverture.

The oven was preheated to 180 degrees. Billet put on a baking sheet and put in oven at medium level bake.

Baked for exactly 15 minutes. During this time biscuits had brown. If the cookies go in the oven then it is draining, and the chocolate burnt, yellow.

From the amount of dough that I made, turned out 20 pieces of pastry.

The cookies are airy, but very soft. Light cookies I make with the addition of a number of ingredients whipped into a thick foam protein from two eggs. The yolk is not added.
