Lemon pancakes with pears
This is an interesting recipe I saw in a magazine, on a culinary page, and today I'm happy to introduce you to this wonderful dessert!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    4 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

To start, grate the zest of the lemon, we will need 1 tablespoon, and squeeze the juice of a whole lemon.

Pear cut into 4 pieces, remove seeds and cut into slices.

For the sauce, warm up the juice of one lemon with honey, extinguish it slices pears 1 minute and leave to cool.

Take a non-stick pan, heat it with vegetable oil and begin to bake pancakes.

There should be 8 pieces. Here's a shot turned out!

Now we have to sort out 4 crepes ricotta cheese and on top lay slices of pear. Cover with another pancake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
