This is a photo of the recipe in the magazine! The amount of sugar I decided to reduce from 200 g to 150 g.
These products are today we need.

Now we have to sort out 4 crepes ricotta cheese and on top lay slices of pear. Cover with another pancake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
And arrange on four plates with pear sauce!
