Chicken cheese balls, oatmeal, sesame, and flax
Delicious, healthy and special diet cakes, which salad will be a great dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Fillet with cottage cheese mince. Add salt and season to taste. Oat flakes (better to take those that do not need to boil) slightly grind and mix with sesame and flax seeds.

With wet hands form of minced meat small cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. Put in a baking dish and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

These cutlets will be a great addition to vegetable salad.
