The Weimar onion pie
I want to introduce You my anniversary 100th recipe! Very original, delicious pie with a tender, savory filling. Very grateful for this recipe magazine "Tabris", the topic was Germany, with its culinary delights. From 9 to 11 October 2015 in Weimar hosted the annual festival of the bow, and this pie is the hallmark of this event. Pie is really delicious, try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Milk

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    8 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Bacon

    250 g

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve the yeast.

Melt the butter, add the egg, salt, cumin and lightly whisk. Mix with milk and yeast.

Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.

The dough should not be steep, but it does not stick to the hands. Leave the dough to rise for 45 minutes.
