Cooking
For a start, make the dough for your favorite pancakes. Our family is pancakes with milk. Eggs, sugar, and salt - whisk a little.
The flour added to the eggs and stir until a homogeneous dense mass.
Then enter the butter and milk. The dough is ready. It needs to be put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes more at night. If the dough is a little thick, you need to add a bit of boiling water and stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, prepare mushroom sauce for pancakes! Here are our ingredients. Mushrooms, pre-need to wash and cook for 5 min. after boiling in 3 cups (faceted) of water. We need a mushroom, fragrant broth for the sauce.
Onions finely cut and fry (tormented) until soft (fry don't need much) in 2/3 of the butter.
Add to the onions in the flour and semolina and fry stirring frequently - 3 minutes.
Pour the mushroom broth and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 10 min.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms (not chopped) and fry in remaining butter until Golden brown.
Add the mushrooms, with the butter in which they cooked in the sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Pour in sauce and cream and stir again. You need to warm up, but do not boil. Literally, 1-2 minutes. keep the flame on and off. The sauce needed salt and pepper to taste!
Now bake our pancakes. The pan, grease with vegetable oil (TM "Oleyna"). Pour the pancake batter into the pan and fry until cooked on medium heat. Then turn over and fry from the other side. The pancakes are ready.
