Cooking
In a bowl, mix oats, sugar, cocoa, flour and baking powder.
Butter cut into pieces, add to dry ingredients.
To cottage cheese add egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
Pear peel, RUB on a large grater, add to the cream cheese. Mix well.
The form to lay baking paper, put half of the oat crumb, a little crush.
Then the remaining crumbs. Bake the pie for 30 minutes, at a temperature 180-200g, if the top starts to brown early, cover with foil. The cake is ready when its structure is dense in the middle.
The hardest part of this recipe, removing the cake without destroying it's fragile. I just got a plate and flipped.
