Oat cake with cottage cheese and pear filling
Crumbly cake with a tender, juicy filling. Simple to prepare. Will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    80 g

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

Cooking

In a bowl, mix oats, sugar, cocoa, flour and baking powder.

Butter cut into pieces, add to dry ingredients.

Grind into crumbs.

To cottage cheese add egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.

Pear peel, RUB on a large grater, add to the cream cheese. Mix well.

Then the remaining crumbs. Bake the pie for 30 minutes, at a temperature 180-200g, if the top starts to brown early, cover with foil. The cake is ready when its structure is dense in the middle.

The hardest part of this recipe, removing the cake without destroying it's fragile. I just got a plate and flipped.
