That's all we need for making this tasty summer treats. Agar-agar pour 100 ml water, allow to stand for a bit.
Rinse the berries, folded into a saucepan, add 100 ml. water and the swollen agar-agar.
Boil at a slow boil 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. if you want to get beautiful, uniform souffle, then a lot needs to be wiped through a sieve (not allowing cool down), I did not wipe.
Whisk the hot mass adding condensed milk. Souffle is almost ready...
It remains to decompose it in a bowl for serving and cooling. A souffle freezes very quickly, due to the presence of agar-agar and holds its shape. It turns out tender, flavorful and hearty, in this heat I'm having dinner.
