Cooking
Pre-need to cook millet, a well-boiled porridge of the 3 stack. milk 0.5 stack. millet, salt and 1 tbsp sugar, and butter. I cooked using a slow cooker and therefore milk added 2.5 stack. In a slow cooker millet well well stewed. Porridge to cool.
Mix the cheese, eggs, 4 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
Add cereal and pieces of dried apricots. Mix well.
Spread in a greased baking dish.
On top decorate with sliced canned peaches. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees. 40 min. Casserole tasty and warm, or cold!
