Risotto a La Teriyaki
New year celebrations are not restricted in Russia in just one day. To celebrate the start long before the New Year and finish in a couple of weeks after.))) And when you get tired eat a bowl of salad, put on the table this risotto is beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Figure

    400 g

  • Carrots

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Corn

    300 g

  • Parmesan

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut thin slices of chicken fillets and marinate it for half an hour in the sauce-marinade Teriyaki. If you have dry shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water.

In a pan heat olive oil, add the chopped sobocki garlic and stir in the rice for the risotto. The japonica are suitable for this purpose perfectly. Fry the rice for a few minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and fry all together for another minute.

Pour in the wine and a little broth. On low heat cook the rice until tender, stirring occasionally and each time gradually adding hot broth as soon as it will be absorbed into the rice.

In another pan sauté in olive oil chicken, add broccoli, beans, mushrooms and corn, pour the remaining marinade from chicken and cook until done on medium heat.

Stir the cooked rice to the vegetables with the chicken, add the Parmesan, butter, soy sauce and pepper. Serve immediately! Happy holidays!
