Potato patties with meat and nuts
Very tasty and crispy cakes made of potatoes with unusual fragrant filling.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Cardamom

  • Sunflower oil

    250 ml

  • Cilantro

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cooking

Potatoes cleaned, cut, boil.

Drain the water.

Potato mash with a potato masher (in any case not with a mixer).

Mix with flour and egg.

Knead the potato dough.

From dough to sculpt a small cake.

For the stuffing: make the stuffing (the meat grinder) or finely chopped onions, garlic, meat.

Add sour cream, salt, pepper and mix well.

Put the minced (or chopped meat, onions, garlic) and fry in a pan adding oil for 7 minutes. Add the tomato paste.

Add the nuts and finely chopped coriander, cardamom.

Fry for 3 minutes. Let slightly cool.

Spread the filling on the tortillas.

Sculpt cakes.

Roll patties in breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown on both sides.
