Cooking
Thinly cut fillet, evenly slightly beats a hammer. I did it through the film - so much more convenient.
Each layer of meat separately salt, pepper and sprinkle paprika.
Now my vegetables and grind them. Finely chop the green onions.
Small cubes grind onions.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes.
Three on a large grater carrots. Now all this fry in this order: onions, garlic, carrots, tomato, green onion.
Now the three cheese on a small grater.
Deep fried a mixture of mince. Give it a little cool.
In a twisted mix add cheese.
Now each beaten-off fillet spread the mixture.
Each roll wrapped with a thread, that didn't collapse during cooking, but rather clutched. Begin to preheat the oven - set 180 degrees.
Now fry the wrapped rolls in a pan, on high heat in vegetable oil. Don't forget to turn - you need to sear on all sides! Then remove the rolls on a plate.
Fried rolls put in the pan and put in the oven. Rolls will not burn up - the meat will release the juice and get very juicy!!!
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the rolls, allow to cool a little. Now is the time to remove the string!!! This dish is very suitable to the potatoes! Bon Appetit!!!
