Strawberry mousse
Delicate mousse is suitable for those who have a sweet tooth but don't like to get better! :)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Agar-agar

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Apples clear from the skin and remove the core.

Cut into small pieces and send in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Thawed strawberries in a blender

Add the agar-agar.

Soft apples get from the microwave to the stove and put in blender.

Beat until mashed.

To mashed potatoes add sugar powder and vanilla sugar.

Beat. Puree should be liquid.

In a saucepan, heat mashed strawberries with agar-agar.

Enter the sugar and warm up for 5 minutes on low heat.

The yolks separate from the whites.

Proteins whisk together the applesauce until dense white mass.

Slowly inject the syrup and continue whisking.

Through 7-10 minutes you should have a dense souffle.

Whisk remaining strawberries in blender with sugar.

Take the glasses in which you serve dessert, and put a little souffle.
