Cooking
Proteins separated from the yolks.
Beat in kuruluu foam from a glass of sugar. Into the beaten egg whites add the chopped nuts mixed with a tablespoon of starch.

Put in the oven. I have an electric, so I put on 100 degrees, bottom heating plus fan. The cake is baked for 6-8 hours. The finished cake looks like this.
