Oat brittle with dried fruit
The first time was prepared with caution - the husband to oatmeal, not a particularly positive attitude. But the result exceeded all expectations - like all of us. I hope you too appreciate, dear cooks!

  • Dried apricots

  • Almonds

    75 g

  • Walnuts

My dried fruit and spread in plates, pour hot boiled water for about 30 minutes (I have about 10).

Cut dried fruits: apricots I like it very much, so I cut into 4 pieces. Prunes things a little more complicated - cut into 6 pieces. In the original nuts need to be cleaned from husk walnuts I toasted slightly (husk in the process of "disappeared", so to speak), but the almonds are left as is. Walnut broken hand, almonds in half.

In a saucepan melt the butter + honey + sugar, once the mixture is smooth - remove from heat. Add cereal, nuts and dried fruits. Stir.

Preheat the oven to 180, cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread our weight. Surface level (thickness about 1.5 cm). Bake 35-50 minutes.
