Spinach pie with bacon
For fans of spinach and savory pastries, as a snack, for an appetizer, the road, school and work. Try delicious, hearty, beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    15 g

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

Spinach wash, dry, brush.

On melted butter fry chopped peeled onion

add the spinach and simmer until it reduced in volume several times; salt and pepper; add cream, will paricipate and remove from heat to cool. [i]note: you can use frozen spinach and cook on the same principle, just simmer then until the complete thawing of the spinach.[/i]

When the spinach is slightly cooled, grind them in a blender and, if desired, add the pesto (but it is not a required ingredient).

[b]Prepare the dough:[/b] mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and add the spinach mass (cooled to warm); mix well

add the beaten eggs and the chopped bacon; stir.

Put into the muffin tin and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 45 minutes.
