Honey gingerbread with cinnamon
Something I was eating honey cakes. Gingerbread, soft and fragrant, with Fudge. For the contest "world of animals"!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    80 g

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

    10 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • The food dye

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

Melt honey with margarine, add sugar, egg, cinnamon, 3 tbsp condensed milk, flour and knead the dough. The dough will be elastic, but it all depends on Your flour. May need and more. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out.

From each piece cut out is a future goat and the bell. Put into the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Get the figures and let cool.

For the filling, mix the condensed milk with crushed walnuts.

Do sweet. Whisk the powdered sugar with the cream for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and shiny.

On top put the second layer of our gingerbread and covered with fondant.

Now, not a lot'll cover dyes - just a little bit.

And, in conclusion, not many chocolate bars. Here's the goat and you're done!
