Description
To prepare this dish it is best to use lean white fish. Thanks to the butter-sugar sauce relatively "fresh" and lean varieties of fish you can "add" the nutritional value, but because of the method of preparation of oil - and even piquancy.

Cooking
Prepare the aromatic butter: butter room temperature (softened) mix well with chopped dill and garlic, wine, lemon juice, salt.
If desired, add paprika, turmeric or curry, that would be the oil acquired more than a beautiful color, although this is not a mandatory ingredient.
Mix well until smooth. This oil can be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge.
In a fireproof dish put pieces of peeled salad pepper
top-pieces of fish fillet (you can season with a little salt from two sides, the amount of salt depends on how much you added to the butter); sprinkle with bread crumbs (more crumbs, the more oil the sauce will remain on the fish).
Spread on top of fragrant oil, and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake in preheated oven 220°C until Golden brown (about 20 minutes). Cooking time depends on thickness of fish fillet. Bon appetit!
