This recipe brought my friend from Dagestan. it has some complicated and long name, but alas, I don't remember it. A recipe slightly adapted by himself and decided to change the name. the site has several similar recipes, but mine is slightly different. I propose to try. In my opinion very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Greens

  • Tomato paste

  • Spices

Prepare the vegetables. Boil in salted water slightly incised along the little blue.
