Soup
The site already has a similar recipe, but mine has a different method of preparation. I want to offer it to you, suddenly someone will like.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Cellophane

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Lemon

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beef soup cut into 3 equal parts. Put in a saucepan the meat, celery stalked, green part of a leek, the carrots are small, 2 garlic cloves and red onion (it gives a touch of broth, but you can use regular onions). Pour 1.5 liters of cold water, send it on the stove.

Remove the foam, after boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered for about an hour.

While the broth is saturated with aromas and flavors of vegetables with the meat, cook zazharku. For the little mushrooms to wash and send it in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry for about a minute, stirring occasionally.

Finely chop the remaining part of leek (about 5 cm in length), garlic minced convenient for you. Send the mushrooms and fry for about a minute, stirring occasionally.

Add the soy sauce and leave for a couple minutes on the stove.

After one hour removing the meat from the pan, strain the broth, vegetables disposed (they are no longer useful to us). Beef cut into sticks about 1 cm thick, add to the pot with the broth. Add the sauté with the mushrooms, Bay leaves, blend the red peppers and broad rice noodles. Little dosolit to taste.

When the noodles are fully immersed in the pan, leave on the stove for about a minute. Cover, remove from heat.

Let the soup to infuse for about 15 minutes - 20. Noodles will reach full readiness, and the soup will become more flavorful.

Before serving the soup, sprinkle with pepper and chives. Optionally, the plate can be squeezed lemon wedge.
