Cooking
Margarine to grate on cucumbers, add the sifted flour and grind into crumbs.
Add a glass of cold beer.
Knead the dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Onions, sausage, eggs, chop. Fry the onions with the sausage.
Add green onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
Cheese, pre-frozen (put in freezer for 20 minutes), grate.
Add the eggs, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Roll the dough, cut into squares.
On each square put the filling.
Cover the opposite corner and connect.
Put on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for approximately 40-45 minutes.
