Double ring with cottage cheese

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Jam

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil 125 ml of water with oil and pinch of salt.

Add the flour and cook, stirring, until the dough will not depart from the sides of the pan.

Beat eggs in a mug and whisk. Very slowly, gradually add the eggs to the dough. The batter should be smooth and shiny.

The oven is heated to 220 degrees. Take confectionery syringe (I like this) or bag with a nozzle.

On a greased protivene to isolate rings with a diameter of about 8 cm.
