Tar-tar of salmon
As I wrote earlier in recipes "Tartar" or "tartare" is a method of slicing products. "Tar-tar of salmon" is a very respected dish in European cooking, which has many variations of cooking, but I want to bring one of the most "classic" versions. Prepared from very fresh raw fish and served with vegetables and bread croutons with butter. Try it - it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Tabasco

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Capers

    2 tsp

Cooking

Grind peeled onions and garlic.

Salmon wash, dry and peel.

A very sharp knife to chop the salmon, (but not too small - that would felt pieces).

In a bowl, mix the salmon with the onions and garlic, add lightly chopped capers and season with olive oil, lemon juice, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Optionally add chopped greens and a few drops of "Wasabi", but it is not mandatory ingredients. (Sometimes, especially in Italian restaurants, add balsamic vinegar.)

Place on a plate with the help of molds (for convenience).

Serve with fresh vegetables or marinated cucumbers and fried bread toast with butter.
