Baked layers of pleasure, pure =)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Spices

Cut the meat into thin slices. Put it in a bowl added a little bit of mustard and a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Set aside while you are doing other products.

Peel the potato and cut it into slices. Boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Three carrots on a grater, cut the onion into rings, garlic finely chop, too.

Fry the meat until light Golden brown (until soft).

Add to the meat finely chopped garlic clove and fry for 30 seconds. (that meat took the smell of garlic). Add rest of the vegetables.

Separately podrumyanivaya chopped mushrooms.

Make the sauce: mix the milk with a spoon of mayonnaise and spices, add the chopped garlic clove and toasted (in a dry pan, like Julien) flour (when I'm too lazy to fry - put of the ordinary.) Stir.

Spread on bottom of baking dish with half the potatoes.

Put on top of meat and vegetables

Next, spread another layer of potatoes, put on top of mushrooms and pour all this sauce.

Spread thin slices of tomato and sprinkle it all with cheese (cheese is a little to peek-a-Boo tomato also fried)
