Roll
This recipe combines all my favorites: biscuit dough for rolls and adored cream cakes. Turned out real nice!!!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

Cooking

[b]to Prepare the cream.[/b] Cook a porridge from a single Cup of milk and 1.5 spoons of semolina, cool. The lemon grind in a blender or RUB on a small grater, to add to the mess. Also add sugar and butter, beat with a mixer.

[b]to Prepare the biscuit.[/b] In a suitable container pour the condensed milk, add eggs, flour and soda (to repay vinegar). Beat with a mixer. The dough will be liquid. Pour into pan, bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Immediately on the hot cake to put the cream and roll roll.

[b]make the glaze.[/b] Mix the sour cream, cocoa and sugar. Put on low heat, stirring constantly bring to a small thick. Immediately hot to put on the roll. Leave the roll for a couple of hours to soak.
