Cooking
Yeast pour into a deep bowl.
The yeast pour boiled water. The water should be warm, but not boiling water. Stir with a fork. Add salt, sugar and olive oil.
Knead everything with a mixer for 5-7 minutes.
Cover the dough tightly with cling film. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes. I put in a warm oven. The dough will increase in 3-4 times.
Vegetable oil heat in a pot or pan.
In a mug pour water and put a few pieces of ice. Will sometimes wet spoon.
Reduce heat to medium. Take the dough by the half tablespoon, (spoon dipped in water). Another spoon to help spread the dough into the oil. The loukoumades should be round.
Loukoumades are constantly turn. Fry to dark Golden brown.
Place the loukoumades on a napkin, and lay out the next batch of loukoumades.
When You fry the loukoumades, melt in a saucepan the honey. But honey is not boiled.
Pour the hot loukoumades with honey.
Half of them sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon.
