Butter tarts with strawberries in jelly
Inspired by Alenushkina baskets "Strawberries and cream", I too wanted to cook something similar, but in the process of culinary creativity, the recipe got used to such changes, that it was a completely new dish. Looks very festive and beautiful! Unusually tasty! Besides, to make such baskets in advance and store in the refrigerator up to a day.

Ingredients

  • Tartlet

    12 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cream

    120 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Jelly

    75 g

  • Agar-agar

    1 pack

  • Strawberry

    12 piece

Whisk the cream until thick foam, adding a fixative for cream and sugar; add cheese (or cheese type "Philadelphia") and mix all together; spread in the pastry, filling by 1/3.

Cleaned, washed and obsushennye strawberries cut into 2-4 pieces and arrange in baskets with cream; put in refrigerator.

[b]Do jelly:[/b] jam or jelly melt over low heat and add zamochenny in cold water agar-agar (or gelatin); stirring constantly bring to a boil (see directions on the package of jelly (!), since the preparation methods of gelatin and agar-agar are slightly different);

Cooled, fill the tarts with the strawberries and place into the refrigerator until fully cured.
