  • Pork

    750 g

  • Bread

    1 piece

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

- the crust of the loaf and fill with hot water (not boiling water), carefully press the

- to prepare stuffing: heart + pork + eggs + onions + mayonnaise + soaked in water baton + pepper + salt (to taste the salt that the meat was salty) and MIX well

- to form "burgers", roll in breadcrumbs

- fry the meatballs in sunflower oil on both sides (about 10 minutes each side)

- the pan with the meatballs cover with foil, place on bottom shelf in a preheated t 250 oven for 30 minutes.
