Vegetables, fried Chinese
Tasty and spicy dish!!! Looks very bright at the table! The recipe comes from "Grocery store" 2004 release. For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Green bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    3 Tbsp

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Green onions

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Prepare the vegetables and herbs.

Pepper cut into slices (the recipe pepper I advise you to take the green), green onions coarsely chop diagonally. To prepare the beans.

The oil in the frying pan, add the chopped garlic and gently fry, enter the soy sauce, stir, bring to boil. Add pepper, continue to cook. After a minute add the beans and fry for another 2 minutes.

Then add the coarsely torn arugula and green peas. Heat for another minute.

Put in sauce pan green onion, sprinkle of sesame seeds. Remove from heat and serve immediately!!!
