Potato-vegetable puree svetoforchik
Mixed potato and vegetable soup will please your eyes and stomach :-) the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 tsp

  • Corn

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    750 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Bread crumbs

  • Onion

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil potatoes with Bay leaf until tender.

Finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil.

From potatoes to cook mashed potatoes. Salt. Add the fried onions. Divide the puree into 3 parts.

Let's start with green. The parsley grind in a blender with 1-2 tbsp of water. My blender is broken. Had to cut it. Therefore, the color green appears heterogeneous :-) Puree of parsley add 1 part of mashed potatoes.

Yellow: take the second part puree. Add curry and corn. Stir.

Red: for the remainder of the purée, add tomato paste and diced bell pepper. Stir.

Form of grease with vegetable oil. Put mashed potatoes. Green - yellow - red layer.

Here it is :-). Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200*C.

Take out and decorate. I used the garlic and onion marble
