Mushroom rolls in onion sauce
Fragrant and spicy mushroom rolls will appeal to many, and to "Fast from Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

Peel, cut onions

On the oil fry the onion until it becomes soft and transparent

Finely chop the mushrooms

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms on high heat until all the liquid evaporates

Preparing a dough from 0,5 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. flour, 0.5 tsp salt and 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Roll out the dough, thinner is better, spread on top of the mushrooms, then turn the loaf. The roll is cut into pieces of 4 cm.

Prepare sauce: in a blender put prepared onion, 1 tbsp. of water, 0.5 tsp salt, bunch of dill, tomato paste - all beat

In a pan pour 0.5 cups of water and stand upright rolls, pour the onion sauce, after boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
