Salad
On the street spring, the sun shines and the soul flowers bloom :)I am taking part in the contest "Scarlett March 8" and offer to evaluate my salad in which I display my spring mood :)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Squid

    1 can

  • Mussels

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Parsley

  • Millet

    1 handful

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cabbage

    7 piece

Cooking

boil pasta, rinse and add the dill and butter

add finely grated cheese (warm in microwave so that the cheese melted into the pasta for the clutch)

leaves Peking salad wash and dry to pack in the shape of a flower on a dish of pasta put in a bowl(for the shape) in the middle of the dish on lettuce leaves place the middle of the salad

chop the squid add grated cheese and finely grated egg,add mayonnaise and mix well

roll a ball of squid and roll in cereal

hoist the ball of squid on a layer of scallops and to give form(I gave a star shape) of shredded carrots I did finish at the bottom of the salad on the cabbage leaves I scattered bell pepper,corn among the cabbage leaves I put at the bottom of the eggs of mussels I've had around the circumference of the salad and in the middle sprocket of squid was decorated with leaves of parsley
