On one of the food sites was found to me this is not complicated, but very attractive Apple pie! Dough, juicy Apple-coconut filling and a beautiful, delicious, crispy crust!

Cooking
To test the softened butter to pound with sugar.
One by one add the eggs, beat well.
In a separate bowl sift the flour, starch, salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Gradually powdering the egg-cheese mixture, mix well.
Knead the dough. Flour may need more or less focus during the kneading that the dough gathered into a ball, but remained a little sticky.
Form for baking ( diameter of my 20 cm) grease with vegetable oil. The dough I rolled out and just put in a form and hands (which were still in vegetable oil) distributed along the bottom and shaped sides. On top lay sliced apples.
For filling: in a bowl to combine the sugar, butter and milk. Put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, bring to dissolve the sugar.
Add coconut, mix well, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the coconut filling over the apples. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until Golden brown and firm dough. The finished cake remove from the oven and allow to cool.
