When I invite girlfriends to visit, they always ask me to cook in this hot dish. This fish is very tasty and so I think that she doesn't need to split hairs, just marinate and fry, and serve with a delicious sauce and vegetable basket. The recipe shown on the example of two servings

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Caviar

    2 l

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Tomato

  • Cucumber

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

Fish fillets will pour from the heart with lemon juice, sprinkle with pepper and put to rest, and yet do make baskets

Prepare another sauce. Melt in a small bowl, 30-50 grams of butter, add there lemon juice and one egg, which for simplicity just grate on a grater. Add caviar.

From the fish drain out excess water, roll in flour and fry

Arrange on a platter the fish, basket, baked potatoes, cut the cucumber and pepper, pour the sauce. The remaining two types of sauces will submit separately. Pour beer and... let's start there and gossip)))
