Dessert
Chocolate balls filled with delicious chocolate-coffee cream. Decorate your Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Toffee

    6 piece

Chocolate melt in a water bath. A thin layer spread it over the form /mold/. Put in freezer for 2 minutes to repeat the Process 2 more times.

Then sharply hit the mold on the table and hemisphere jump out of it.

Can be applied with a brush on the surface of the mold food coloring diluted in alcohol.

Put the chocolate in the first step.

White chocolate can be colored with dry food coloring and also to make a hemisphere.

Prepare the cream ganache. Cream bring to a boil, but do not boil. Pour them dark chocolate, add coffee, brandy and vanilla. Allow to cool and then beat with a mixer. Fill cream pastry bag and squeeze it through the hole in the balls. Cream glue the cap. Put in the refrigerator.
