Cooking
Nuts chop with a knife
Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and vanilla
Apples peel and cut in small pieces.
Beat eggs with sugar white. Gradually add the oil.
At low speed of mixer add the honey and lemon zest.
And already with a spoon stir in the apples and half the nuts
Put the dough in a greased form, sprinkle other half of nuts. Form I see 17х23 Bake at 200C for 45 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer.
Allow to cool in the cake form, then take it out, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy with milk or tea!
