Tender fish cakes-pancakes with onion-cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Fish fillet cut into small pieces.

Carrots to grate and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Sliced fillet add the egg, roasted carrot and finely chopped greens.

Pour the flour and add mayonnaise, all thoroughly mixed, add salt if desired, add spices.
