Macaroni with mushrooms and chicken
Fans of macaroni and dedicated! Juicy, creamy, tasty dish! Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • The chicken legs

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain the water. The pasta lightly greased with sunflower oil. Mix well, cover and leave warm.

Chicken legs wash, remove the bones and skin. Cut into medium pieces.

Fry in sunflower oil over high heat until Golden brown.

White mushrooms and champignons cut into pieces. Garlic finely chop.

Add to the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add the wine and water. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and stew until ready.

Add the cream. Bring the gravy to a boil and remove from heat.

In a large bowl mix the pasta and sauce. Add half of the grated cheese. Mix well.

A bowl for baking lightly grease with sunflower oil. Spread prepared pasta.

On top lay the remaining cheese. Bake at 180 until Golden brown. It took me 25 minutes.
